Management Euronet
Robert Gaulke
Robert studied business administration in Berlin and Cologne. During a student job, he entered the optical industry, where the idea to develop industry-specific software for opticians was born. In 1984, he, along with two partners, founded ifa computer service GmbH, which has since become one of the leading providers in the fields of software and marketing.
After an eventful period in the 1990s, including an extended association with the optics conglomerate Rodenstock, the activities of ifa were transferred to the present-day Euronet Software AG in 2001. Robert has been leading Euronet as its sole managing director and majority shareholder since 2001. In August 2023, all shares of Euronet Software AG were sold to the EVEX Group. However, Robert will continue to be part of the company as its managing director/executive.
